Refund & Exchange


  • Within 15 days of receiving the product, you can ask us to resend a new product or refund your payment if you encounter any quality problems.
  • Within 180 days of receiving the product, if you have any product problems during use, please contact us immediately via email. You can choose partly refunded or exchange a new item .
